Grundium collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
  • We ask you to tell us (optional) how you would use the Grundium scanners to help us make your online demo better

You directly provide Grundium with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use or view www.grundium.com or www.grundium.net via your browser's cookies. Grundium may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
  • Social Media (such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook or YouTube)
  • Webinars hosted by Grundium or our partners
  • Online marketing platforms (such as Digital Pathology Today, Research Gate or The Pathologist)

Grundium collects your data so that we can:

How do we store your data?

Grundium securely stores your data at Grundium controlled cloud databases.

Grundium will keep your Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.) for a period of three years. Once this period has expired, we will delete your data.

Marketing

Grundium would like to send you information about our products, how to get an online demonstration of using our products, and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Grundium from contacting you for marketing purposes.
